Our mission

As a technological thought leader, we design digital processes actively, systematically and coherently.

Modern IT integration

For our customers, this means: the right information at the right time and in the right place.

Our foundation

Experience and innovation

sidion is a successful mix of experienced experts and innovative young talent. We regularly reflect on projects and methods at our campus events. We test new technologies in code camps and research how they can be used to benefit our customers.

Values

Our common focus

Our company values were developed bottom-up in a cross-company workshop together with all employees. We are very proud of the result and can confidently say that it reflects sidion and our culture - by employees for employees.
Innovation: for us, innovation means being open to new ideas and remaining fit for the future.
Co-design: for us, this means courageously taking on responsibility in order to shape positive change on an equal footing.
Openness: for us means that everyone is welcome and that we listen to different needs and criticisms.
Professionalism: for us means that we reliably achieve goals through competent planning, reflective learning, open communication and the courage to change. This enables us to consistently deliver effective solutions.
Transparency: for us means creating clarity for employees, customers and stakeholders.
Appreciation: for us, this means that individuals, their opinions and their work are seen and recognized. We have room to make mistakes and learn from them.
Cohesion: for us means sharing successes and challenges with each other.

The sidion management

René Sutorius

Founder & Managing Director

A single customer, a second-hand PC and big plans - that's the start of a success story. While still a student, René Sutorius developed a program for simulating combustion engines, which laid the foundation for the engineering division. His first programming assignments during his studies were soon followed by small projects as project manager. Within a very short time, René Sutorius took on responsibility for large-scale projects. Today, he manages the strategic direction of the companies. His work focuses on organization, finances and strategies. René Sutorius completed his studies in aerospace engineering at the University of Stuttgart in 1997 with a degree in engineering.
